This policy explains what personal data we collect when you register for our free Claude AI workshop, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose. It is written to align with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
LearnClaude.sg ("we", "us") is the organiser of the workshop and is responsible for the personal data described below.
What we collect
When you register through the form on this site, we collect:
- Your first name — so we can address you personally.
- Your email address — so we can send your join link and reminders.
- The session you chose — so we send you the correct date, time, and link.
We do not collect payment details (the workshop is free), and we do not ask for any sensitive personal data.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to run the workshop you signed up for. Specifically, to:
- Send you a confirmation email with your Google Meet join link;
- Send you a reminder shortly before your session;
- Occasionally email you about closely related future workshops. You can opt out of these at any time, and doing so will not affect your registration.
How your data is handled
We use MailerLite as our email and registration platform. When you register, your name, email, and chosen session are stored securely in MailerLite on our behalf, and MailerLite is used to send the emails above. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to run the workshop and this website.
Advertising and analytics
We promote this workshop through paid ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether our ads work, this site may use a Meta Pixel that records when a registration is completed. This helps us understand ad performance and reach people likely to be interested. You can manage ad personalisation in your settings on those platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details only as long as needed to run the workshop and any directly related follow-up. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active lists promptly.
Your choices and rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send;
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct it if anything is inaccurate;
- Withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data.
